Best fuel of choice is carbohydrates, and simple carbs are best. I recommend dried fruits. Bars can be convenient though some may be unnecessarily high in sugar from added sugars and chocolate; I recommend considering making your own bars. Dried fruits are great as well, as is the classic banana! Citrus. Keep caloric intake to less than 200 within an hour of the 800.
